  While serving as Corporate Manager of Epicor Solutions at a global manufacturing and services company, I was responsible for enterprise-wide ERP implementation across manufacturing locations in North America and Asia. I successfully implemented Epicor at their North Carolina location in 7 months with zero production interruption, while developing innovative project management tools and data migration methodologies. I designed a unique approach to consolidate two separate FoxPro databases into a single Epicor instance. I also managed 5 Epicor Kinetic environments for maximum uptime, interfacing with consulting resources for a  cost-effective user experience. Along the way, I created many custom BAQs, BPMs, and system enhancements to optimize all departments, all while supporting existing users. Later, I moved on to support other business unit implementations by training international locations in data migration to reduce corporate consulting costs.

  I built extensive experience at a contract electronics manufacturer, progressing from bench technician to IT Director while maintaining deep involvement in quality and regulatory affairs. Every company has a few people who know how everything 'clicks together'. I was tasked with the selection and implementation of Epicor ERP after evaluating 12 competing platforms. I managed the 18-month implementation project including full data migration and eventual multi-site rollout. While serving as Quality Manager and management representative, I rebuilt internal auditing procedures, implemented paperless record systems, and conducted comprehensive ISO compliance assessments. Earlier, I facilitated lean manufacturing initiatives as Organizational Development Manager and led plant-wide 5S programs that resulted in measurable operational improvements. My military background as Sonar Technician in the U.S. Navy (1989-1995) provided important foundational electronics and troubleshooting expertise.
